Property Manager manages multiple Sober Living Environment (SLE) units in 2 separate counties. Requirements include collecting program fees, program participant intakes, monitoring participant agreements and house rules, monitoring and communicating facility maintenance needs. Helping participants follow a covenant of sobriety on premises and responsibility to their fellow tenants. Use Social Model guidelines, as appropriate. Communicating effectively with residents, health, and housing professionals.
AA plus one year experience or 3 years of experience in Property Management. Adult and Child First Aid and CPR certified. If in recovery, minimum of two years of sobriety; or 1 year of sobriety and direct experience working with people with alcohol and/or drug addictions.
