Job Description

To provide comprehensive clerical support, data entry and customer service support.  Ability to communicate in a considerate and culturally sensitive manner, write letters of suspension and termination.  Make appointments, answer phones, take messages, screen and distribute mail and use a variety of office machines, including a computer, printer, copier, fax, and a calculator.  Ability to maintain confidential records and client files. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.

 

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent plus one year of experience working in the clerical field.

 

POSITION: Data Entry Clerk

LOCATION: Salinas And Seaside, CA

SALARY RANGE: $14.37 – 15.16 per hour, Bilingual Preferred

SCHEDULE: Weekdays, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Part-Time, 20 hrs a week

Environmental Conditions:
Office environment, equipment, and tasks.  A significant amount of time spent sitting at a desk and looking at a desktop or laptop computer. Long periods of intense concentration.
