Provide support to staff and program participants including but not limited to childcare and the safety of small children, prepare meals while residents receive services from program. Order, purchase and maintain inventory of food, maintain pantry and kitchen for an 11-bed facility. Serve special needs of program participants and individuals involved with the criminal justice system. Provide support for women and children in recovery from addiction; participate in program activities designed to support environmental change for individual recovery.
High School diploma, GED with experience in the alcohol and drug addictions field and residential treatment program a plus; if in recovery, approved amount of time in continuous sobriety. Emergency Medical Technicians and or childcare workers encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Social Model Theory.
