Men’s Residential Coordinator – Salinas

Responsible for security of the Men’s Residential Alcohol and Drug Program at night.  Serve the special needs of program participants and individuals involved with the criminal justice system. Monitor Guest room clients in detox on an hourly basis. Complete check of dorms twice a night. Preparation for the morning shift with daily roster and sign-in sheets for committee meetings.  Provide support for men in recovery from addiction; participate in program activities designed to support environmental change for individual recovery.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the alcohol and drug addictions field and residential treatment program a plus; if in recovery, approved amount of time in continuous sobriety. Emergency Medical Technicians encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Social Model Theory.

 

POSITION: Men’s Residential Coordinator

LOCATION:  8 Sun Street, Salinas

HOURS: Weeknights, 9 pm-6 am fulltime/benefits $12.91-15.16 an hour
