Job Description

To provide comprehensive clerical/secretarial support to the Director, and to support management team in a specific region or program area.  High use of customer service skills, human resources and accounting skills.  Organization, confidentiality, and customer service in a client centered substance abuse prevention, treatment and recovery setting.  Ability to communicate in a considerate and culturally sensitive manner, write letters make appointments, answer phones, take messages, screen and distribute mail and use a variety of office machines, including computer, printer, copier, fax and calculator.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.

 

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent plus three years of related working in an office environment for an executive.

 

POSITION: Administrative Assistant

LOCATION: King City & Soledad Office

SALARY: $14.37-18.79 / Bilingual Preferred South County

HOURS: Full time 40 hours
