To provide comprehensive clerical support, data entry, and customer service for our DUI program front office.  Ability to run a lobby; greeting clients, public and staff in a positive manner and providing excellent customer service.  Ability to communicate in a considerate and culturally sensitive manner, including answering the phone. Ability to maintain confidential records, record demographic information and create client files.  Must be able to use a database with accuracy following state requirements; Microsoft Office –Word, Excel, and Publisher.  Inform and refer public to a variety of community resources.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent plus experience working in an office environment.

 

POSITION: Data Entry Clerk

LOCATION: 1760 Fremont Blvd. Suite E1$

RANGE: $13.31 hour Bilingual Preferred

HOURS: Part time position
